Orders & Delivery

Yes — same-day delivery is available within the UAE for orders placed before 3pm. Furniture and other bulky items are excluded from same-day delivery and are processed as standard delivery instead.

Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Call or WhatsApp our Customer Service team and we'll do our best to cancel it before it's processed. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will be handled as a return instead.

For other Emirates and remote areas, contact our Customer Service team to confirm delivery is available to your location.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.

Items must be unused, with all Maison7 and designer tags still attached, in their original box and packaging, and returned with the original invoice.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, credit or debit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. For Cash on Delivery orders, you'll receive a credit note as a voucher or gift card instead.

Yes — contact our Customer Service team and they'll help you with returning an item you received as a gift.

Returns are made at the customer's own cost. Maison7 does not offer a Freight To Collect service for returned packages.

Payment

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as Cash on Delivery. Card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.

You can use your own card, or one you've been specifically authorized to use by its owner. The cardholder details must match the ID information held by the card issuer.
