- Apartment51 will process your orders Sunday through Thursday excluding Friday, Saturday and public holidays.
- If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
- For all shipments outside the UAE, you (the customer) are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority may charge.
- Lighting and fragrances are currently not available for shipping outside the UAE.

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
